THE ARTIST

Ken is a native Newfoundlander. He has been an active photographer since the age of 12 when his father gave him his first Kodak camera. At 19, a passion for underwater photography increased his knowledge for working in low light and colour balancing. Ultra-wide panoramic photography is a personal passion. His subjects are world-wide with a special focus on Newfoundland and Labrador.

Ken and his wife, Karen, both do most travels together. They share a passion for exploring and showcasing the beauty that Newfoundland has to offer. Many scenes are photographed using remote mounted equipment on poles which are best managed by more than one person … and that second opinion is often critical to getting the best shot. While some work may appear to be taken by a drone, they were not.

Ken is a member of Kelby One (NAPP), the International Association of Panoramic Photographers (IAPP) and the International Virtual Reality Photography Association (IVRPA). Ken has received awards from the Epson International Pano Awards and is a regular contributor to Google’s Street View library and the World Wide Panoramic Project. Orders are processed and handcrafted in 5-10 business days. Once the order is complete you will receive the shipping tracking information or notification for pickup by email.
